iEntry Network uses one of the most sophisticated Mailing List Server packages
available to deliver our newsletters. The server individually mails to
each person in our distribution list and also includes an unique unsubscribe
address for each subscriber that should be displayed in each newsletter
we send out.
However, due to the many varieties of mail browsers that people use, this
unsubscribe link may not work in some mail browsers. If you are still
receiving one of our newsletters after unsubscribing please do the following:
Forward the entire newsletter message to support@ientry.com with the word
REMOVE in the subject. This will allow us to determine which
newsletter you are subscribed to and more importantly, the email
address you are subscribed as.
Having the email address that we are mailing to is the only way we
can be sure to remove the address that gets sent to you. There are
many instances where people are subscribed under a different address
than the address they normally use, and unless we can determine the
address that we are mailing to, we can not unsubscribe you.
